David v. Goliath Law

Empowering individuals seeking justice against insurance companies, corporations and the government.

Welcome to my blog!

I am an attorney in Anniston, Alabama. I represent the “little guy” who is trying to get justice against the giants in our legal system. Those giants include corporations, insurance companies and the government. I have previously represented insurance companies and was appalled at the way they treat injury victims. I have now been representing individuals for several years. However, it bothers me that the insurance companies have run ads for years to convince consumers that all lawsuits are frivolous and that all attorneys are bad. The fact of the matter is that there are many legitimate claims made that are never paid because the consumer does not have the knowledge or resources to take on the big insurance company. People then feel guilty about pursuing a “claim” because that will increase insurance rates. The fact is that insurance companies are making record profits.

The real purpose of this blog is to educate consumers about legal issues that affect them. By getting informed about their rights, consumers will be in a better position to get justice. Some of the posts will address insurance coverage, etc. Most of the content will relate to the following areas of law: personal injury, auto/motorcycle accidents, worker’s compensation, social security disability and DUI. I have written one book and several reports to provide free information to consumers. Click here to get a copy of my book on personal injury cases titled “7 Ways to Protect and Maximize the Value of Your Personal Injury Claims” – it is free for Alabama residents.

The following video tells you a little bit more about the book and how it might help you:
